"Race To Nowhere" - updated!
We'll talk about the controversial and acclaimed education documentary "Race To Nowhere."  It's described as a close-up look at the pressures on today's students, offering an intimate view of lives packed with activities, leaving little room for down-time or family time.

Old Dominion University is hosting a free screening and discussion of "Race to Nowhere" on February 8, 2011.  It starts at 6 p.m. in the Big Blue Room at the Ted Constant Convocation Center in Norfolk.  For more information visit the event's website www.rtnolddominionuniversity.eventbrite.com.

Scheduled Guest:
Dr. Linda Irwin-DeVitis
- Dean of the Darden College of Education at Old Dominion University
