A Better Grasp on Gangs

The threat of gang violence in Hampton Roads is real.  According to the FBI, a growing number of our nation's youth are taking part in gang-related activity.  Mistakenly considered a "big city problem," gangs continue to operate and create issues across our region.  We're joined on HearSay by authors and law enforcement experts to discuss the ways that communities can take a more active role in combating gang and youth violence.
