What If Kids Could Change the World? | "Composed"

Lydia Netzer's five-part podcast asks children the question: "What would you do to change the world in 2017?" Today we'll consider some of the answers. And later, the Virginia Symphony Orchestra is airing the new documentary "Composed" this Sunday, March 5. The documentary explores the concept of performance anxiety through stories from musicians who have lived it firsthand.

2. Hugh Lessig - is a reporter for the Daily Press where he writes about Newport News Shipbuilding and other defense contractors in Hampton Roads

3. John Beder - is the director of “Composed”

4. Amanda Armstrong - is a musician with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra who has experience with performance anxiety 

5. Tom Reel - is a musician in the string section of the Virginia Symphony Orchestra who struggles with performance anxiety

6. Mal Vincent - is a famed storyteller and local film critic
