With nearly 600 companies in Virginia actively working in the field of cyber security, Virginia is a national leader in efforts to develop its workforce for 21st century challenges. However, tens of thousands of job in that, and other high-tech fields, remain unfilled. Today, we’ll talk with Governor McAuliffe, and local technology leaders, about their combined effort to prepare Virginia’s growing workforce for careers in high-tech fields like cyber and biotech. We'll also talk with Vice Admiral David Architzel and former Norfolk Mayor, Paul Fraim, about the next 100 years of Naval Station Norfolk.
