The Norfolk City Council voted Tuesday, March 13 to allow the construction of a natural gas pipeline underneath two of Norfolk's drinking water reservoirs in Suffolk. This is part of the larger Atlantic Coast Pipeline project which is expected to run between West Virginia and North Carolina. Today, we'll talk about potential impacts of the pipeline's expansion.
