Today on HearSay we will dig into the ramifications of the crisis in Richmond. Wake Forest University Professor John Dinan will help us understand the constitutional provisions for replacing the governor, and we'll ask Del. Glenn Davis how he plans to push legislation forward in the next year. Finally, National Book Award winner Ibram Kendi will discuss the deeper implications of systemic racism.
