Condo Convenience
Living in a condominium is all about convenience-- maintenance-free, amenity-rich living.  But there are community association rules to follow and condo ownership may not be for everyone.  In fact, a community association may even take away your home for not paying maintenance fees.  Today we'll get a view of condo living and explore any changes in the laws of owning one.  Our guests will also talk about what you should know if you are considering a condo and take your questions related to the one you might already own.

The Southeastern Virginia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is holding its 25th annual Trade Show & Education Expo (CA DAY 2011) for community associations on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia Beach.
