HearSay Headlines: Light Rail 

Two months after The Tide’s debut, Norfolk officials are proclaiming the light rail system a success. Ridership is greater than anticipated and maintenance costs are lower than budgeted. But has this good news helped raise the Tide’s public opinion rating?  On today’s broadcast we’ll talk about the results of a new poll – out Sunday – that asked residents to share their Tide thoughts.
