The State of the Region
Old Dominion University's annual 'State of the Region' report will be released tomorrow. Today we preview the report with Dr. James Koch, President Emeritus of ODU. We'll also discuss one of the topics covered in the report, the growth of the elder population in Hampton Roads, with John Skirven, Director of Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia and Carter Catlett Williams, a counselor who worked with seniors over the span of several decades and saw marked changes in their care.
