First time ever in Virginia, the number of people dying from heroin and prescription drugs is higher than the number of people dying in traffic accidents. The startling rise of Virginia's heroin and opioid epidemic has drawn the attention of Virginia Attorney General, Mark Herring, and law enforcement all accross the Commonwealth.
