What's Cookin' Wednesday - Virginia Wine Month
Our favorite foodie Patrick Evans-Hylton joins us today as we look ahead to Virginia Wine Month, which is observed in October. We'll talk with sommelier and owner of Blue Talon Bistro in Williamsburg, Adam Steely and Jonathan Bess, the owner and wine maker at Holly Grove Vineyards on the Eastern Shore about Virginia Wines and we'll check in with Robin Goldstein, author of 'The Wine Trials' about the blind tastings conducted for the book which revealed 100 everyday wines under $15 that outscored $50 to $150 bottles.
